I did a double-take when looking over the speaker profiles for An Event Apart’s upcoming events.
Did you see the difference as well? Here’s a side-by-side comparison to better illustrate the point.
Hmmm… I wonder if everyone looks ten years younger after attending an AEA event or is just the speakers.

It doesn’t even look like good photoshopping, like it was just Gaussian blurred with extra saturation. :/

Nice effect! Makes one more colorful, more fuzzy - and you’re right: younger,
My suspect: A 3×3 blur and an overall color curve lift.

Looks more like a Smart Blur to me… I use it all the time with pictures of people to make them (the pictures) look a little more artsy!
